Great service throughout my stay. The standard room with the MOST INCREDIBLE view of the Opera, bathtub, as for instance. Great breakfast with real tea and serrano ham, for instance - well worth the money...

Convienient location, good restuarant, very friendly staff
Rooms are small for long stay, beds are a little hard, no swimming pool or spa facilities

The staff were very friendly and assisted with any help needed. I was surprised by the excellent location overlooking a massive courtyard and cathedral.
It was a little bit far to walk for a shop that sells fruit, veg and groceries. All the shops are closed on sunday. Because of the acoustics of the huge courtyard you can hear people on the street as if they are directly outside your window, and the same with the tram that rolls past ever 30 minutes or so.

I had a fantastic stay here; I really have no complaints! The hotel was well-kept, and I genuinely enjoyed my time. I dined at a lovely restaurant for dinner, and the food was amazing. Plus, the bar was fantastic too! 🍽️.

Child friendly place. Super super clean rooms. Almost spotless as if they'd never been used. Very comfortable beds. Spacious apartments with easy pull-out couch for an extra bed for a child. Nice kitchenette, the only issue is that instead of a water boiler they have a coffee machine. Very nice workspace for anyone needing to do work on the trip, internet is free in the room you just need to get a password from the front desk and a cable (take care if you are traveling with a MacBook Air). The food in the restaurant is really excellent, though one evening we ordered the fish and it seemed a bit undercooked. The staff at the restaurant were all very friendly especially those at the breakfast buffet. Overall, was a fantastic stay, our rooms looked out right onto the Opera House, I believe it is the best hotel in Chemnitz, and I certainly would not hesitate to go there with my family again.

Stayed here for a business trip and had a great experience. Rooms were well-appointed, clean with free internet. Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English which was a great advantage. Location was key as it was very close to the train station and made for easy commuting. The hotel provided a free car park at the back of the hotel area which was a nice bonus.
The breakfast area could be more organized with clear signage for the loose-leaf tea set up. The hotel also needs to offer consistent breakfast options.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. the room had an amazing view of an iconic building and it was cozy, clean and quiet. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel has a great location, very close to the train station and the city center, which made it easy to explore and find restaurants. We loved the fact that they offered a delicious breakfast and a comfortable bed to rest after a long day of walking.
The room was a bit small for our liking, but it was still comfortable. the free Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and not in the room, which was a bit of a downside.
